You are the monster. Eat the city before the military puts you down. A role-reversal disaster movie in single-file C with raylib.

Core Loop

Wreck → grow → wave escalates → wreck harder. 8–15 minute runs.

You start the size of a small office building. Eating civilians, cars, power pylons, and entire skyscrapers feeds a MASS meter. Each time it fills you visibly scale up — the camera pulls back, your melee reach lengthens, your atomic breath travels further, your turn rate slows. By wave 5 you're chewing the spire off a finance tower.

The military responds in proportion to MEDIA — a global threat stat driven by destruction, civilian deaths, and the news helicopters that keep painting you for broadcast.

Tokyo Bay

Dense low-mid skyline, harbour with destroyers you can swat, neon at night.

New Manhattan

Tall skyline, two suspension bridges — snap them and you cut military reinforcement.

Old London

Wide river, low buildings, one iconic tower (high MASS reward).

Destruction Model

Buildings

HP-gated. Hit threshold → animated collapse, debris cloud, dust shader, lingering rubble pile.

Power Pylons

Instant break; sparks recharge the atomic-breath meter.

Bridges

Snap in two. Vehicles on them ragdoll into the river.

Vehicles

Stomp = squashed sprite + oil spray. Throwing one acts as a ranged projectile that explodes on impact.

Eaten foundations

Buildings you've eaten leave craters. By end of a long run the skyline is visibly half gone.

Trees / signs

Cosmetic crunch — for flavor, not points.
